Personal Journey and Motivation

My journey in the business world has been nothing short of exhilarating. As a C-level executive with a track record of growing revenue for B2B companies, I’ve gathered a wealth of experiences. This community is my way of sharing those insights with you, bringing together my roles as a thinker and researcher.

Purpose of the Community

My approach involves growing people and teams, working with strategy, and using the latest practices to navigate today’s ever-changing business landscape. Through this community, I aim to share valuable insights and build a personal brand that resonates with executives and entrepreneurs.

Goals of the Community

I have set ambitious goals for this community. By publishing two posts per week, I hope to provide a steady stream of valuable content. My first milestone is to reach 1,000 newsletter signups, and I kindly ask you to consider contributing by signing up and also referring the community to friends.

For now it built from short, easy to read but powerfull insighttull texts, nevertheless the roadmap includes different types of even more extensive and detailed premium content (case studies, statistic studies, in depth books, courses, lives and webinars etc), ensuring that our community continues to receive high-quality, actionable insights. Just need to reach this first milestone of this project (1k subscribed readers), in order to collect feedback enough to stabilish a relevant track.

Mostly concerning the customer centricity axis, insights here will be a delight for those who want to provide customers with all the respect and quality they need to be delighted.

In the future, we will offer premium content and engage you in my PhD research journey, focusing on delivering tools for better thinking, executing, and balancing life and health in a challenging work environment.
